AGM Date announced

I know it doesn’t seem a moment since the Carnival but after we have basked for a moment in the glow of a job well done we need to make sure we have the AGM in the diary.

Monday 21^st September 7.30pm at the Hurt Arms is the suggested date.

If you have any items that you would like us to put on the agenda please send them through to Tina for inclusion.

The meeting will include a brief resume of this years event, suggested changes and also nominations for next years committee members.

Please pass this date on to anyone who is interested in getting involved in plans for Carnival 2010. An Agenda will be issued nearer to the meeting itself.

This year’s event stretched the resources of the few people involved and it is still very difficult to find enough people to keep the Carnival going. Please get involved if you can and let us know if you plan to attend.
