October 2009 Meeting
Hi All You may have had minutes of the AGM that was held in September and know who the new officers of the committee are, if not let us know. What we will need to discuss will be a theme, the format, fund-raising and motivation of the village. Perhaps we could all try and list one new extra member on to the committee to alleviate the workload for the others?
If you could all take a few moments before the meeting to come up with some fresh and exciting ideas for 2010 and hopefully we can continue to provide the village with a great carnival again as in the past couple of years.
I hope that all of you who have been involved before will stay on the committee as all of your participation has been invaluable.
I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on Monday - get your thinking caps on!
